Educational vouchers
Grades seven through sixteen

I propose that we pay 60% of the average cost per student per year from the school tax to any parent who will accept the responsibility of seeing to their children’s education.  This will result in a school tax reduction.
Bob is home schooled.   Once a semester he takes a monitored test.  If Bobby has made appropriate progress Bob’s mother receives his stipend.  Bob’s mother is never paid in advance.  If Bobby fails to prove he has learned he must return to public school and Bob’s mother is not paid.
To make any mother an adequate schoolteacher we need CSK. CSK stands for core of skill and knowledge.   It’s a centralized mainframe computer program as yet not written.    It will be designed for classrooms of seven but it can be used by one student and one mother, a parochial school, any institution calling itself a school or any combination of students and teachers.  A fuller explanation is available  by  clicking here.
You’ll notice that I listed grades seven through sixteen rather than twelve. If you go to the suggested web site there is also a description of a public constitutional high school.  It costs half what public high school costs to operate today and includes a college education.  That’s right at no additional cost.  And, by the way, it’s better education!
